For those who like mountains Nature Friends offers the ascent of the 2 highest summits in the area, Mount Mye and Rose Mountain. Our guests that wish to explore the rich ecosystems of the Pelly River Valley and the Tintina fault will be enchanted by a 5-day hiking trip on the historic Dena Cho trail used by natives for thousand of years coupled with a 2-day canoeing trip back to Faro on the Pelly River. Nature Friends also offers accommodation in a select GuestHouse with a fantastic view over the valley and canoe rentals for those who want to paddle the Pelly River (2 days from Ross River to Faro ; 10 days from Faro to Pelly Crossing ; 15 days from Faro to Dawson City).
